Job Summary

As a Financial Transaction Processor at Belden, Inc, you will play a crucial role in processing financial transactions for various bank accounts of different entities within the Shared Service Center (SSC).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process daily payments and receipts, including manual payments and payment runs from multiple ERP systems.
  • Monthly process Intercompany Netting, which involves settling outstanding balances between Belden entities.
  • Reconcile intercompany accounts, bank accounts, and revalue various bank-related ledger accounts at the end of the month.
  • Contribute to broader financial functions such as accounts receivable, accounts payable, and general ledger.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:
  • 2-5 years of recent, relevant work experience as an administrative assistant or in an accounting role.
  • Demonstrable knowledge at a minimum MEAO level.
  • A service-oriented approach to internal and external customers.
  • Collegiality and stress resilience.
  • Good command of Dutch and English, both spoken and written. Knowledge of German is a plus.
