Logistics Coordinator Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to join our dynamic team at Neova Group. As a Logistics Coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our supply chain and logistics operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Satisfaction: Deliver exceptional service to our customers by adhering to internal agreements and processes.
  • Logistics Management: Coordinate all outbound and inbound logistics operations, communicate effectively with stakeholders, and ensure timely delivery and negotiation of transport prices.
  • Strategic Planning: Collaborate with management to ensure mid- and long-term logistics planning aligns with quality standards, participate in pricing and contract negotiations, and develop and evaluate Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Data Management: Maintain accurate and real-time data across all systems, update pricing calculations for sales, and propose and help develop tools for optimizing supply chain tasks.
Requirements:
  • Proficient in German and English; Dutch and Polish are preferred.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Experience in teamwork and collaboration across functions.
  • Commercial acumen and understanding of customer needs.
  • Proficiency in IT, automation knowledge, and data management tools.
  • Ability to embrace change and be flexible in a dynamic work environment.
  • Strong planning and organizational skills, with a proactive and hands-on approach.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage stress.
