About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Product Technologist to join our Commercialisation team in Europe. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing technical relationships with key customers and leveraging our current product portfolio to define future product needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop technical relationships with key customers and leverage our current product portfolio to define future product needs.
  • Create insights from competitor analysis and build the selling stories for customers together with the commercial teams and chefs.
  • Enable all the elements to land projects successfully with the customer in the markets (artwork, specs, customer data sheets, claims validation and registration etc.).
  • Lead roll out projects, based on existing product & pack design.
  • Be the 1st point of contact for customer or SC issues & questions.
  • Track customer complaints and drive resolutions.
  • Execute post launch evaluation to drive improvements.

Requirements:

  • Broad experience across product categories.
  • Product and customer expertise, with a proven track record to build successful relationships with customers.
  • Data & system savvy.
  • A real Foody, that can explain the product benefits to customers.
  • Enjoy trouble shooting and resolving customer or SC issues quickly.
  • Enjoy a dynamic environment, to always create and deliver the business opportunities with customers.
  • Hands-on person, to deliver the projects via pilot plant- and factory etc.
  • Work seamlessly with the international, cross functional teams.
