Responsibilities:
  • Work in the Day-to-Day Operations of the Bar and Restaurant to Ensure Compliance with All Policies, Procedures, Standards, and Aiming at Satisfying and Exceeding Our Guest's Expectations
  • Taking, Preparing, and Serving Orders Varying from Cocktails, Coffees to Dishes for Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner
  • Resolve Customer Complaints Promptly and According to Our Hotel Standards
  • Making Sure That All Servicing and Kitchen Equipment Are Clean, Well Maintained, and Meet All Hygiene, Health, and Safety Regulations Paying Special Attention to Possible Health Hazards and Code Violations
  • Maintain Cleanliness of the Fridges, Dishes, and Overall Bar and Restaurant Furniture
  • Collaborate with Front Office to Ensure a Seamless and Enjoyable Guest Experience
What We Ask of You:
  • Previous Experience in Food and Beverage Service Is Preferred
  • Good Knowledge of English, Dutch Is an Advantage
  • Good Communication and Interpersonal Skills
  • Problem-Solving Ability and Stress Resistance
  • Proactive Attitude and Team Spirit
  • Passion for Hospitality and Service
  • Flexibility to Work Different Shifts, Including Weekends and Holidays
