Brainboss B.V. is a dynamic consultancy firm that is on the track of becoming a highly recognized player in the industry. We are looking for a talented Marketing & Communication Specialist to join our team and contribute to our growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing Training Materials: Create effective and engaging training materials, such as manuals, presentations, both internal and external, to support our product and service offerings.
  • Strategic Communication: Contribute to the development and implementation of communication strategies within a strategic consultancy context, ensuring alignment with our company's goals and objectives.
  • Research and Analysis: Conduct research on target audiences, industry trends, and best practices in training material development to stay ahead of the curve.
  • Project Support: Assist in various communication projects, including internal and external communication, content creation, and event support, to ensure seamless execution.

You're a Perfect Fit If:

  • You are a student in your last semester of Bachelor or Masters degree.
  • You possess fluent English language skills (C2 Level) and preferably Dutch.
  • You have experience and are familiar with the terminology and concepts relevant to the strategic consultancy field.
  • You have strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to create clear, concise, and informative training materials.
  • You have strategic thinking and understanding of strategic communication principles and their application in a consultancy setting.
  • You have knowledge of training methodologies and familiarity with different training formats and delivery methods.
  • You are a team player and able to work collaboratively with colleagues on projects.
