Job Description

We're seeking an experienced Programme Manager to lead our EV charging network enhancement project in the Benelux region. As a key member of our team, you'll work on exciting projects, develop your skills, and contribute to our company's mission.

Responsibilities

  • Establish and implement program structures, processes, and standards.
  • Oversee program execution, ensuring objectives and KPIs are met.
  • Provide scope, risk, schedule, budget, change, and resource management.
  • Lead status and performance reporting, and manage client relationships.
  • Manage stakeholders, including local governments and contractors.
  • Analyze program performance, identify lessons learned, and implement action plans for improvement.
  • Lead a team of 5-10 consultants.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of programme management experience.
  • Project management experience.
  • Infrastructure and real estate construction experience.
  • Strong stakeholder management.
  • Experience managing a team and setting priorities.
  • Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and analytical skills.
  • Dutch language preferred.
