Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Risk Management Expert to fill a senior leadership position within our Financial Risk Management department. As a Senior Manager FRM Banking, you will play a key role in guiding our team and delivering exceptional results for our clients.

This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity for a seasoned professional with a strong background in risk management, banking regulations, and model development. You will be responsible for leading projects, mentoring junior colleagues, and providing expert advice to clients across various industries.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead complex projects and deliver high-quality results for clients
  • Mentor and develop junior and mid-level colleagues
  • Develop and implement risk management strategies and models
  • Stay up-to-date with banking regulations and ensure compliance
  • Provide expert advice to clients on risk management best practices
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A MSc degree in quantitative economics, mathematics, or econometrics
  • At least 8 years of relevant work experience in financial services or consultancy
  • A network in the Dutch banking sector
  • In-depth specialist knowledge of banking laws and regulations (CRR / CRD, Basel, EBA)
  • Experience with risk models and internal governance
