Job Title: Project Manager Banking

About the Role:

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and vendors to ensure successful project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
  • Lead and motivate project teams to achieve project goals and objectives
  • Coordinate and facilitate project meetings, workshops, and training sessions
  • Ensure effective communication and stakeholder management throughout the project lifecycle
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues
  • Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and addressing any deviations from the plan
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in the financial sector
  • Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and influence project teams and stakeholders
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate project risks and issues
  • Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies, such as Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall
