About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead our product development efforts in Eindhoven, Netherlands. As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for managing the product backlog, defining product vision, and building project roadmaps.
Key Responsibilities:
- Product Backlog Management: Manage the product backlog for our customer's Learning Management System (LMS) and Learning Experience Platform (LXP) systems, ensuring it is up-to-date, prioritized, and aligned with customer requirements.
- Product Vision and Roadmap: Develop and maintain a clear product vision and roadmap, working closely with stakeholders to ensure alignment with customer goals and objectives.
- Prioritization and Task Management: Prioritize tasks based on customer requirements and work with the team to resolve any challenges that may arise.
- Adherence to Standards and Timelines: Ensure that all work is completed in accordance with Company and customer standards and timelines.
- Stakeholder Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including customers, team members, and other stakeholders.
- Communication and Collaboration: Ensure effective communication and collaboration between different functions, including written and verbal communication, and interpersonal communication skills.
Requirements:
- Functional Knowledge and Experience: Proven experience with Cornerstone Learning and Management System (LMS) and Learning Experience Platform (LXP), including hands-on experience with Cornerstone LMS and LXP.
- Product Backlog Management: Experience in managing product backlogs, defining product vision, and building project roadmaps.
- Jira Experience: Hands-on experience with Jira (Project Management Tool).
- Stakeholder Management: Excellent stakeholder management capabilities.
- Time Management: Attention to detail, self-directed, organized, and efficient at time management.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal communication skills.
- Problem-Solving and Business Judgment: Effective problem-solving and business judgment skills.
