Product Manager Job Description

As a Product Manager at Undutchables, you will be responsible for overseeing product categories within each franchise, including lead management, product development, and ensuring precise product data management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Product Category Oversight: Manage product categories within each franchise, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Product Development: Spearhead the formulation of product strategies and conduct thorough analyses to drive product development.
  • Project Management: Lead projects for new product development, ensuring proactive engagement with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Risk Management: Assess and mitigate risks associated with product management.
  • Product Knowledge: Serve as the central repository of product knowledge, providing essential product and category insights to internal and external teams.
  • Leadership: Exercise leadership in projects, clearly articulating desired outcomes and providing guidance to achieve those objectives.
  • Client Engagement: Participate in client meetings to showcase product features and link them to customer challenges.
  • Reporting: Compile and summarize report data for easy comprehension.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in product or category management.
  • Experience in FMCG, licensing, retail, or entertainment industry.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Proficiency in communicating intricate concepts.
  • In-depth understanding of business dynamics and market trends.
  • Adeptness in fostering partnerships and collaborative relationships.
  • Strong customer-centric approach and commercial acumen.
  • Located in the Den Bosch area.
