Job Summary

Olympia is seeking a skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Logistics Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our logistics processes, working closely with our planning agency and team leader to optimize processes and improve efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

As a Logistics Coordinator, you will be responsible for:

  • Managing a team of 6-8 employees to ensure optimal flow of logistics processes
  • Working closely with the planning agency to ensure that everyone is in the right position
  • Monitoring progress, carrying out checks, and contributing to process optimization
  • Processing orders in the computer, creating freight documents, and administering storage of goods
  • Ensuring compliance with hygiene and safety rules in the workplace
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A good planner and organizer with a clear overview
  • Experience in logistics, including reach truck work and possession of a certificate
  • Excellent collaboration and guidance skills
  • Command of the Dutch or English language
  • Ability to work in a cold environment
