Job Summary

Olympia is seeking a skilled Logistics Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our logistics department, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth flow of goods and materials throughout our supply chain.

In this role, you will work closely with our planning team to optimize logistics processes, manage a team of 6-8 employees, and ensure that all orders are processed efficiently. You will also be responsible for creating freight documents, processing orders in our computer system, and maintaining accurate records.

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills and experience in logistics. If you are a motivated and results-driven professional who is passionate about logistics, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities

  • Optimize logistics processes to ensure efficient and timely delivery of goods
  • Manage a team of 6-8 employees to ensure smooth operations
  • Process orders in our computer system and create freight documents
  • Maintain accurate records and reports

Requirements

  • Good planner and organizer with a clear overview
  • Expert in collaboration and providing guidance in a small team
  • Experience in logistics is a must
  • Command of the Dutch or English language

What We Offer

  • An appropriate salary depending on your work experience
  • Travel allowance of 0.23 cents per km
  • 8% holiday allowance, 24 holiday days per year
