The Role

We're seeking a highly motivated and emotionally intelligent individual to join our team as a Manager on Duty. As a MOD, you'll be responsible for daily operations, including F&B, employee well-being, and financial management. You'll lead by example, foster trust and open communication, and promote sustainability.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead by example and embody our culture foundation and brand values;
  • Guide and coach team members to develop their skills and succeed in their roles;
  • Assist with onboarding new employees and ensure their smooth integration;
  • Analyze P&L and develop short- and long-term action plans;
  • Be the go-to person within the MOD team for F&B, P&L, process, or employee-related matters;
  • Enjoy being on the floor with our hosts and guests, creating memorable experiences.
Requirements
  • You're a natural host with a passion for hospitality and creating memories for our guests;
  • You have a passion for F&B and storytelling;
  • You're fluent in English and have relevant work experience in a similar role (3 years or more);
  • You're full of ideas and want to drive our local F&B & brand proposition to new heights;
  • You have IT skills for property management software systems & POS software;
  • Sustainability and hospitality are in your DNA;
  • You're flexible and available to work shifts from 07:00-15:00 and 15:00-23:00, including weekends.
