About the Job:

The Front Office Supervisor plays a critical role in ensuring that our guests receive exceptional service. You'll work closely with the Rooms Division Manager to manage day-to-day operations, train and support receptionists, and implement new procedures to improve guest satisfaction.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the front office team in promoting the service culture values
  • Train and support receptionists on key touchpoints in the guest journey
  • Work closely with the Rooms Division Manager to manage day-to-day operations and improve guest satisfaction
  • Assist in implementing new procedures and improving financial and quality targets within the department

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • Passionate and energetic individual
  • Creative problem solver
  • Experience with Opera PMS is a plus
