Key ResponsibilitiesIn this role, you will thrive in a vibrant and international setting, catering to both corporate and individual clients. The entities under our management primarily operate in the Netherlands, with some extending to various other jurisdictions. In addition to corporate frameworks, we also oversee and administer estate planning arrangements.
As a Lead Financial Account Specialist, your responsibilities will encompass managing statutory bookkeeping, accounting, and tax compliance, along with supporting audit processes for diverse client entities. You will also engage in various tasks, including transactions, modifications, setups, and restructurings, collaborating closely with the legal account manager.
A vital aspect of your role will be to gain a comprehensive understanding of our clients' businesses and their full scope. Our clients value a personalized approach, high engagement, and unwavering commitment. Additionally, you will participate in the client acceptance process for new clients, establishing new structures, and monitoring transactions.
QualificationsProfessional Experience:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial services and/or the financial sector, preferably within a trust office.
Knowledge:
Familiarity with IFRS is advantageous.
