Key Responsibilities:- Enhance Customer Relationships: Identify areas for improvement in the overall customer experience and develop strategies to enhance customer satisfaction.
- OTIF Reason Code Validation: Perform regular in-depth analysis of OTIF reason code submissions to ensure accuracy and validate, correct, and finalize OTIF reason codes in ticket submissions.
- Quality Metrics Monitoring: Monitor and maintain the accuracy of customer core OTIF metrics, communicating any potential risks and taking ownership of Root Cause Corrective Actions (RCCAs).
- Continuous Improvement: Translate trends and insights into continuous improvement opportunities with a significant impact on OTIF realization and measure the impact and value of identified insights and recommendations.
- Education: Bachelor's degree with a specialization in Supply Chain or related field or equivalent experience.
- Experience: 3+ years logistics, supply chain, large scale warehouse operations or related experience and 1+ years experience with problem solving via data analysis.
- Skills: Knowledge of Kaizen, Lean, Six Sigma, SQL and dashboard reporting, proficiency in using Google Suite tools, and excellent customer service skills.
