Payroll Accountant

We are seeking a highly skilled Payroll Accountant to join our team at Nordson Corporation. As a Payroll Accountant, you will be responsible for the administration of time keeping activities and the correct processing of European payroll to satisfy our customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Process payroll, including all necessary follow-up activities in the Netherlands and Belgium.
- Communicate and exchange data with external payroll providers.
- Maintain master data and manage wage accounts.
- Create certificates of merit and statistical surveys.
- Ensure compliance with legal and fiscal requirements.
- Participate in audits by the tax office, pension insurance, professional association, and accountants.
- Be the contact person for all employees with payroll-related questions.
- Prepare reporting for other departments involved.
- Prepare payroll-related accruals.
- Follow internal audit processes to ensure monthly payrolls are correct.
- Support projects.
- Experience in Dutch payroll accounting.
- Completed payroll-related commercial or similar qualification.
- Knowledge of social security and tax issues and compliance with legal requirements.
- Analytical thinking.
- Good English skills due to international payroll responsibilities.
- A service mindset and ability to communicate with all levels within an international organization.
