Global FP&A Director

As a key member of the Arcadis leadership team, the Global FP&A Director will play a critical role in driving the company's financial strategy and planning. This is an exciting opportunity to join a global organization with a strong commitment to sustainability and innovation.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement financial plans and forecasts to support business growth and decision-making.
- Lead the FP&A function, providing strategic guidance and oversight to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
- Collaborate with global finance teams to ensure alignment and standardization of financial processes and systems.
- Provide business partner support to the GBA Officer and GBA FD, ensuring effective decision-making and financial planning.
- Act as a delegate for the GBA FD in their absence.
- Relevant bachelor or master's degree in finance or a related field.
- At least 8+ years of experience as a senior finance leader with broad experience in finance management and reporting in a global setting.
- Proven experience as a strong business partner with excellent understanding of client needs combined with a thorough knowledge of project business and driving finance transformation and/or operational excellence processes.
