Key Responsibilities



  • Implement day-to-day systems administration and management activities, including initial setup, configuration, and testing of hardware and software platforms.
  • Resolve complex problem management issues related to systems and operations by identifying corrective measures and improvements.
  • Collaborate with network services, software systems engineering, and applications development to restore service availability and identify root causes of problems.
  • Deliver exceptional user satisfaction by providing preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and problem resolution services.
  • Participate in the planning and implementation of system and network projects, ensuring adherence to documented processes and procedures.
  • Automate administrative tasks to improve the monitoring of applications, ensuring effectiveness in line with customer needs and departmental policies.
  • Manage and coordinate problem and change management processes, including coordination of teams, products, and projects.
  • Review complex problem situations and participate in identifying opportunities for improvement to processes, procedures, or tools.
  • Acquire, develop, and maintain technical and product knowledge to support the above objectives.

Requirements



  • University degree in IT or Engineering, or equivalent experience.
  • 1-5 years of experience in a similar position in a comparable technical environment.
