About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Associate System Administrator to join our team at Emsere. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our systems and infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform regular maintenance and upgrades to our systems, including software updates and hardware replacements.
  • Manage access controls, backups, and firewalls to safeguard our data and ensure the security of our systems.
  • Ensure the optimal performance of our network servers and technical tools.
  • Install and configure software and hardware to ensure seamless integration and functionality.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues to minimize downtime and ensure business continuity.
  • Maintain detailed documentation of technical procedures and guides to ensure easy reference and compliance.
  • Manage our IT inventory and assets to ensure we have the necessary resources to support our operations.
  • Set up user accounts and workstations to ensure employees have the tools they need to succeed.
  • Collaborate with external vendors and contractors to ensure we receive top-notch service and products.
Requirements
  • A degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • At least 3 years of hands-on experience as a Systems Administrator, Network Administrator, or in a similar role.
  • Strong skills in managing Office 365 and Microsoft Azure environments.
  • Experience or knowledge of MDM/MAM software.
  • Familiarity with various operating systems and platforms.
  • Fluency in English, both spoken and written.
