About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Breakfast Host to join our dynamic Food and Beverage team at nhow Amsterdam RAI. As a Breakfast Host, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our guests, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities
  • Set up and prepare the breakfast area, including coffee machines and mise en place
  • Provide exceptional service to guests, including clearing and resetting tables, refilling coffee and tea stations, and serving room service
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure a smooth and efficient service
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of new ideas and initiatives
What We Offer
  • A competitive salary based on your experience, as per Horeca CLA scale 3, ranging between €2.252 – €2.433
  • Free online and offline training organized by our own University
  • End of year bonus (up to 100% of monthly gross salary) and refer-a-friend bonus (500 EUR)
  • Employee rates differing from 36 euros in all our hotels worldwide, 30% discount in the F&B outlets, and Friends & Family discount up to 25%
  • Travel allowance of €0.23 per km, up to 30 km distance from work each way
  • Welcome @ Work; dine, spend the night, and have breakfast in your own hotel for 2
  • Team building events, trips, and holiday parties
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
  • Flexibility to work early morning shifts, including weekends
  • Good command of the English language; Dutch is an advantage
