About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sensory Panel Leader to join our team at MMR Research Worldwide LTD. As a Sensory Panel Leader, you will be responsible for leading sensory panel sessions, managing sensory projects, and providing expert guidance to clients in the food and beverage industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage sensory panel sessions, ensuring smooth delivery of sensory research and high-quality descriptive analysis data.
  • Design and implement sensory research methodologies, working closely with clients to meet their needs and objectives.
  • Recruit and train new panellists to maintain a high-quality panel and ensure data quality and panel engagement.
  • Collect and analyze panel monitoring data, providing feedback and one-to-one reviews with panellists to maximize data quality and panel motivation.
  • Prepare and serve products for panel sessions, ensuring smooth project execution.
  • Communicate project progress and results to clients, providing expert advice on sensory methodologies and data analysis.
Requirements
  • Degree in Food Science or Sensory Science, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Knowledge of sensory and statistical analysis, including QDA, Similarity/Thurstonian testing, Post hoc, PCA, and MFA.
  • Fluent written and spoken Dutch and English.
  • Experience in sensory panel management and sensory software and data analysis.
  • Exposure to the FMCG industry.
