Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Regional Business Development Manager for Renewable Energy in Taiwan to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving business growth in the region, developing strong relationships with key clients, and overseeing all aspects of project execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for local clients, ensuring excellent communication and timely delivery of projects.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase market share and revenue growth in the renewable energy sector.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution and identify opportunities for cost savings.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of local market trends, competitor activity, and regulatory requirements.
- Analyze data and provide actionable insights to inform business decisions and drive growth.
Requirements
- A Master's degree in Business or Technical discipline, preferably with 8-10 years of relevant experience in a management role.
- Proven track record of driving business growth, building strong relationships with clients, and leading cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data sets and develop strategic recommendations.
- Able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a global team.
What We Offer
Fugro offers a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, commensurate with experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
Location
This position will be based in Taipei, Taiwan, with frequent travel to other locations within the region.
