Key Responsibilities:

  • Order Management: You will manage customer orders, ensuring accuracy and prompt delivery, while liaising with logistics teams when necessary.
  • Issue Resolution: You will investigate and resolve any issues with orders, collaborating with relevant departments to implement corrective actions.
  • Record Keeping: You will maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions to ensure consistency and quality in service.
  • Documentation: You will contribute to developing and updating customer support documentation and procedures.
  • Feedback and Improvement: You will conduct follow-up communications with customers to gather feedback and improve service processes.
  • Team Collaboration: You will work closely with the support team to identify areas for process improvement and contribute to enhancing our customer service strategies.

Salary and Benefits: The estimated salary for this role is $45,000 - $60,000 per annum, depending on experience. Our comprehensive benefits package includes health insurance, retirement plan, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
