About the Job
As a minutes secretary at Emma Handson, you will provide high-level support at international meetings. Our team of minutes secretaries has extensive expertise, gained from years of working with pension funds, supervisory boards, and participation councils. Your task will be to take care of perfect minutes of these meetings.
Your Day
Imagine yourself as a board meeting coordinator, responsible for preparing and taking minutes. You will travel to Amsterdam, set up your laptop and recording device, and listen attentively to the attendees. After the meeting, you will head home to start working on the minutes, checking your mailbox for any feedback from colleagues. You will research unfamiliar subjects, play back recordings to ensure accuracy, and meet deadlines.
About You
We are looking for a flexible, good listener, and proactive individual who is ambitious and interested in learning. As a minutes secretary, you will work with deadlines, take initiative, and be responsible for perfect minutes.
