Hotel Housekeeping Attendant Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our hotel team as a Housekeeping Attendant. Reporting to the Head Housekeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest levels of cleanliness throughout the hotel and ensuring that all public areas are well-presented and well-maintained.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer care and respond promptly to guest requests
  • Clean and service all public areas, including the lobby, corridors, and communal facilities
  • Maintain the highest levels of cleanliness in all areas, adhering to health and safety standards
  • Handle cleaning materials correctly and be aware of COSHH regulations
  • Attend training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge
