Supply Chain NPI Module Project Lead

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled NPI Project Manager to lead the industrialization and ramp-up of new products in our supply chain. This role will be responsible for collaborating with suppliers and ASML teams to ensure the timely introduction and industrialization of new developed parts and modules.

Key Responsibilities

  • Apply Early Supplier Involvement and Concurrent Engineering methodology to secure the required introduction timeline
  • Drive for efficiency and speed by assessing the supplier process flow and debottlenecks issues
  • Define and align on the module QLTCS roadmap targets and organize periodic management reviews
  • Challenge technology versus manufacturability specifications and drive scenario-based evaluation to arrive at the best solution
  • Define creative solutions with the team to mitigate risk and issues
  • Manage the cost to complete of the supplier NPI project
  • Report proactively on the project status to senior stakeholders
  • Initiate required containment actions at the appropriate level in the ASML organization
  • Keep track of the configuration of the first delivered parts/modules to secure commonality in the early phases

Requirements

  • Technical Master's degree with at least 8 years of relevant work experience in a NPI environment, preferably in a high-tech industry
  • Proven track record in project management and leading multi-disciplinary teams
  • Proven track record to improve efficiency and effectivity in technical production environments
  • Experience in interfacing with suppliers on industrialization targets
  • Experience in out-of-the-box creative problem-solving
  • Experience in bottleneck management of manufacturing processes
