  • Purchasing Operational Model - Purchasing Policy and Strategic Roadmap - Production and Non-Production Category Strategies - Purchasing Function Service Commitments - Purchasing Pooling - Coordination, CSP,...
  • Environmental Transition: Detection and Transformation of CSR Opportunities - Purchasing and Supplier Carbon Assessments - Low-Carbon Trajectory for External Expenditure - CSR Evaluation and Reporting Tools - Circular Economy and Waste Recovery
  • Risk Management: Selection of Risk Detection and Management Tools - Industrialization of Supplier Risk Management (RGPD, Security, SAPIN II, Supply Chain, Cybersecurity...) - Purchasing Risk Mapping, Audits - Supplier Development Plans
  • Spend Optimization: Diagnosis of Expenditure and Commercial Conditions - Onboarding of Internal Customers, Review of Demand - Action Plan, Projection of Economic Impacts - Reduction of Consumption, Consultation and Negotiation, Reversibility Management

Requirements
  • Master's Degree in Applied Economics/Engineering/Computer Science/Statistics/Econometrics/...
  • 4 to 7 Years' Experience within a Consultancy Firm
  • Knowledge in Procurement Strategy
  • Outstanding Team Player and Good Communication Skills
  • Analytical Mind, Exploring Options and Able to Synthesize into Conclusions
  • Autonomous, Dynamic, Result-Oriented, Rigorous, and Committed
  • Language Skills: Dutch and English
  • Prepared to Participate in Temporary Assignments Abroad (e.g. France, Belgium)
