Job Summary

We're seeking a highly motivated and organized HR intern to support our department with various HR aspects. As an HR intern, you'll have the opportunity to contribute to the development and implementation of our social policy and personnel instruments.

Main Responsibilities
  • Recruitment, selection, and onboarding of interns
  • Support our Health initiative by tracking absence
  • Participate in campus recruitment, including career days at schools for advanced education and universities
  • Administrative tasks, including archiving documents, managing emails, and handling phone calls
  • Participating in improvement projects
Requirements
  • You're a second or third-year Bachelor student in HRM
  • You're an enthusiastic, quality-conscious, and eager-to-learn student
  • You're willing to take responsibility for your tasks and maintain confidentiality
  • You have strong oral and written communication skills in Dutch and English

Benefits

  • You'll receive a fee of €385.00 gross per month (40hrs) and a travel compensation of up to €130.00 gross per month (based on commuting distance)
