Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our team. As an HR Intern, you will have the opportunity to support the department with various HR aspects, contribute to the development and implementation of our social policy and personnel instruments, and gain valuable experience in a dynamic and innovative environment.

Main Responsibilities
  • Recruitment, selection, and onboarding of interns
  • Support our Health initiative by tracking absence
  • Campus Recruitment: Participate in career days at schools for advanced education and universities
  • Administrative tasks, archive documents, take care of e-mails and phone calls
  • Participating in improvement projects
Requirements
  • You are a second or third year Bachelor student HRM
  • You are an enthusiastic, quality-conscious, and eager to learn student
  • You like to take over responsibility for your tasks and you have high standards if it comes to confidentiality
  • You are going to work for an internationally based organization. Therefore, it is important to have strong oral and written communication skills in Dutch and English
