About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Thai Cook to join our kitchen team at Hotel Not Hotel Rotterdam. As a Thai Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of Thai dishes to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and cook Thai dishes to meet the highest standards of quality and presentation.
  • Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service during dinner hours.
  • Develop and implement new recipes and menu ideas to enhance the dining experience.
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Assist in inventory management and ordering of ingredients and supplies.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a commercial kitchen, preferably in a Thai restaurant setting.
  • Strong knowledge of Thai cuisine and cooking techniques.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
