About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Thai Cook to join our team at Hotel Not Hotel Rotterdam. As a Thai Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of Thai dishes to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and cook Thai dishes to meet the highest standards of quality and presentation.
  • Work collaboratively with the restaurant manager to ensure the smooth operation of the kitchen.
  • Develop and implement new recipes and menu ideas to enhance the dining experience.
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Provide excellent customer service, ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests.
Requirements
  • Experience in Thai cuisine and cooking techniques.
  • Basic cooking experience in Asian food and a willingness to develop further.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
  • Fluency in English.
