About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Talent Development Manager to join our Global People Team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and driving a comprehensive Talent Development strategy that unlocks the full potential of our people and organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a talent development strategy aligned with our business goals and culture.
  • Design and execute performance management processes that foster a culture of continuous feedback and improvement.
  • Create a learning and development vision and strategy, identifying skills gaps and developing relevant training programs.
  • Develop a talent mapping process to identify key players and outline strategies for their development and retention.
  • Work closely with the People team to align talent development initiatives with overall HR strategies.
Requirements
  • At least 5 years of experience in Learning and Development and/or Performance Management.
  • Experience working in an international high-performing environment.
  • Excellent communication skills in English.
