Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Logistics and Operations Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing material supply to meet customer demand, optimizing logistics processes, and collaborating with service providers to achieve maximum sales revenue and NOP.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead logistics and operation planning for assigned automotive projects.
- Prepare and provide RFQs to 3PL providers.
- Complete 3PL selection and qualification processes.
- Set up and implement 3PL operations for assigned automotive projects.
- Coordinate and monitor daily operations with 3PL, customers, and factories to ensure on-time delivery of customer demand.
- Resolve customer complaints in collaboration with 3PL, customers, and factories.
- Lead emergency planning and actions.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in logistics and material planning for electronics products in the automotive industry.
- Logistics experience in automotive OEM/Tier 1.
- Experience working with production plants in Asia.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Chinese or German is a plus.
- Hands-on attitude and skills in operations.
- Proficiency in negotiation and collaboration with other functions internally.
- Customer-oriented attitude, attention to detail, and accurate work.
