Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Logistics and Operations Specialist to handle and manage material supply to customers' demand. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in logistics and operations, with a proven track record of optimizing logistics processes and managing service providers to achieve maximum sales revenue and NOP.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead actively logistics/operation planning of assigned automotive projects.
  • Prepare and provide Delta RFQ to 3PL.
  • Complete 3PL selection/qualification processes.
  • Set up and implement 3PL operations of assigned automotive projects.
  • Coordinate and monitor daily operations with 3PL, customer, and factory of assigned automotive projects, ensuring on-time delivery of customer demand.
  • Resolve customer complaints in coordinating with 3PL, customer, and factory.
  • Lead emergency planning and actions.

Requirements

  • 5+ years proven working experience as a Logistics and Material Planning position for Electronics product in Automotive industry.
  • Logistics roles/experience in automotive OEM/Tier 1.
  • Experiences of working with production plants in Asia.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Chinese or German is a plus.
  • Operation hands-on attitude and skills.
  • Profession in negotiation and collaboration with other functions internally.
  • Customer-oriented attitude, attention to detail, work accurately and timely.
