Job Title: Senior Business Controller

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Controller to join our dynamic Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) team in Amsterdam. As a key member of our Central Tech business, you will play a critical role in supporting our mission to make travel easier for everyone.

About the Role

As a Senior Business Controller, you will be responsible for driving business decision-making through financial analysis and planning. You will work closely with our Central Tech department to develop and implement financial plans, identify areas for cost optimization, and provide strategic insights to inform business decisions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain financial models and forecasts to support business planning and decision-making
  • Provide financial analysis and insights to inform business decisions and drive cost optimization
  • Collaborate with the Central Tech department to develop and implement financial plans and strategies
  • Identify and mitigate financial risks and opportunities
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including business leaders and finance teams
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field
  • 5-8 years of relevant experience in finance and business planning
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel and financial modeling
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
