Join Our Finance Team as a Senior Business Controller

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Business Controller to join our Finance team at Optiver. As a Senior Business Controller, you will play a key role in driving business growth and improvement by providing financial analysis and insights to senior stakeholders.

About the Role

The Senior Business Controller will be responsible for:

  • Developing and implementing financial models to inform executive decision-making
  • Providing analysis and actionable insights to senior stakeholders to drive business growth and improvement
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and implement financial plans and budgets
  • Designing and implementing financial reporting solutions to support business decision-making
  • Exercising control over management and financial reporting to ensure accuracy and transparency
About You

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Business Controller who has:

  • 8+ years of relevant experience working in a finance or management consulting role
  • Advanced skills in financial modeling and data visualization
  • Ability to collaborate across management levels and departments
  • Strong business acumen and commercial judgment
  • Interest in trading infrastructure and technology
