Job Description:


We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic HR Business Partner to join our team in the EMEA region. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of international human resources practices, talent acquisition, learning and development, compensation, policies, compliance, and employee relations.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Develop and implement HR strategies to support business growth and objectives
  • Partner with Global Recruitment team to achieve hiring targets and ensure quality of new hires
  • Source and build candidate pipelines for technical and professional positions
  • Manage internal hiring processes efficiently and provide excellent candidate experience
  • Provide training to new managers on recruitment process and system
  • Develop and deliver learning programs to support business strategies
  • Develop, update, and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local employment laws and regulations
  • Lead and implement various HR projects throughout the EMEA region
  • Investigate, resolve, and document employee relationship cases

Requirements:



  • A minimum of 6 years of HR experience, including global or international project leadership, with 2 or more years of high-volume recruitment experience
  • Experience in Electronics Manufacturing companies preferred
  • Extensive knowledge of local employment laws in EMEA countries
  • Familiarity with Radford and Mercer compensation surveys
  • Ability to work independently, resourcefully, and flexibly
  • Excellent interpersonal, written/verbal communication, planning, organizational, time management, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Demonstrate high coaching and consulting skills
  • Strong business acumen with hands-on mentality
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to effectively multi-task in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • HR systems experience with ATS, SuccessFactors, and ADP
  • Bachelor's degree in business, Human Resources, or equivalent education and/or experience
  • HR certification is a plus
  • Fluent in English, other language skills are a plus

Estimated Salary Range:


€80,000 - €110,000 per annum, depending on experience
