About the Role

You'll be responsible for building, mentoring, and coaching a diverse team of engineers, driving technical excellence and innovation in our payments solutions. With a focus on Android development, you'll work closely with cross-functional teams to design and implement new features, ensuring seamless integration with our platform.

What You'll Do

  • Lead a team of engineers to deliver high-quality software solutions, driving technical excellence and innovation.
  • Collaborate with design, product, and data engineers to design and implement new features, ensuring seamless integration with our platform.
  • Mentor and coach engineers to develop their skills and expertise, promoting a culture of continuous learning and growth.
  • Work closely with senior leadership to set strategic direction, including product roadmaps and technical vision.
  • Recruit and onboard new team members, ensuring they're equipped to succeed in our fast-paced environment.
  • Drive technical projects forward, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.

Who You Are

  • A seasoned technical leader with experience in Android development and team management.
  • A strong communicator with excellent management skills and technical aptitude.
  • Able to define, implement, and monitor performance KPIs to drive improvement in existing systems.
  • Experienced in coaching and mentoring engineering talent, promoting a culture of continuous learning and growth.
  • Able to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to drive technical excellence and innovation.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in managing engineering teams within an Android environment.
  • 7+ years of experience in software development industry in a fast-paced tech environment.
  • Full professional proficiency in English.
