We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team at Rituals. As a key member of our Quality department, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the highest standards of quality in our products.
Key Responsibilities- Manage international quality assurance activities and projects to safeguard and improve the quality of our products.
- Coordinate non-conformity processes, including CAPA, with suppliers and internal teams.
- Review customer feedback and participate in supplier evaluation sessions to identify quality improvement opportunities.
- Signal product quality improvements and initiate quality improvement projects in partnership with the Innovation Department and suppliers.
- Act as a contact person for suppliers, sales organizations, and internal departments, managing quality-related procedures and enquiries.
- Protect all quality, safety, and legislation requirements as a business ambassador.
- Degree in science or technology, or equivalent knowledge, experience, and training.
- Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in a Quality Assurance/Technology role in the (cosmetic) packaging field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a good command of the English language.
- A driver's license.
