Fender Production Specialist

About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a General Workshop Operative. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for producing templates and marine fender systems, carrying out interim checks on the produced fenders, and interpreting working drawings on the shop floor.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Produce high-quality templates and marine fender systems
- Conduct thorough interim checks on fender systems to ensure accuracy and quality
- Read and interpret working drawings to ensure correct production and installation
- Mount and dismount marine fenders on site, both in the Netherlands and abroad
Requirements
- Senior vocational education in shipbuilding, mechanical engineering, or construction, or equivalent experience
- Experience in marine engineering is preferred
- Excellent reading and interpretation skills for working drawings
- Great attention to detail and precision
- Category B driving license, with preference for category E
- Proficient in spoken and written Dutch and/or English
