We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our Human Resources team as an intern. As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in human resources, recruitment, and talent management.
Key Responsibilities- Support the recruitment process for our Young Talent Program and junior positions, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring.
- Assist in the development and implementation of employer branding initiatives and special projects.
- Contribute to the creation and maintenance of a diverse and inclusive work environment, reinforcing our DE&I principles in daily activities and conversations with hiring managers.
- Participate in the learning needs analysis and population analysis to target learning and development initiatives.
- Actively engage in Diversity, Inclusion & Belonging initiatives.
- Bachelor/Master degree in Psychology, Business Administration, or Management.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Microsoft Office skills are a must.
- Enrolled at a university for at least 50% of the internship duration.
- A 6-month internship program starting in August 2024.
- A monthly allowance of 625 euros and full reimbursement of travel expenses.
- A hybrid work environment in Amsterdam.
