Job DescriptionWe are seeking a skilled Tender Engineer Asset and Maintenance Management to join our Proposals Department. As a key member of our multidisciplinary tender team, you will be responsible for conceptualizing and contract designing the Integrated Asset and Maintenance Support plan for our deal-winning tender packages related to the build of state-of-the-art naval vessels.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver the complete Integrated Asset and Maintenance Support tender package, comprising technical documents, Integrated Logistics Support specifications, and contract specifications, in a compelling and deal-winning format.
- Contribute to requirements analysis, ensuring all required specifications are drafted and understood by internal and external stakeholders.
- Support quotation (RFQ) processes and evaluations within the tender team and towards (sub-)suppliers for preliminary (sub-)supplier selection, budget allocation, and cost-estimation.
- Participate in discussions with customers, suppliers, and other stakeholders on the technical and commercial aspects of proposed Asset and Maintenance Support (and/or Integrated Logistic Support - ILS) solutions.
- Collaborate with internal engineering and service departments to optimize project outcomes.
- At least one year of experience in writing deal-winning tender packages, preferably for complex manufacturing, maintenance, or (naval) shipbuilding tenders.
- A commercial mindset to deliver viable yet attractive financial forecasts and propositions.
- Bachelor (or Master) degree in Asset and Maintenance Management, Technical and Logistics Services, or Asset Life Cycle Support.
- Excellent command of the English language, both written and verbal, preferably also Dutch command (or willingness to learn).
- Permanent EU citizenship and passport required.
