- 2+ years of experience in a business analyst, process improvement, or consulting role.
- Strong understanding of both business and IT operations.
- Proactive and flexible attitude, with the ability to adapt to changing situations.
- Fluent in English and another European language, preferably Dutch or German.
- Able to work on multiple diverse projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
