About This Opportunity

We're seeking a skilled Customer Service Specialist to deliver exceptional customer experiences and support our Shero persona.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Provide World Class Customer Service to our Shero via phone, email, chat, and social media.
  • Support our Shero with personal shopping mentality, suggesting additional products to complete her outfit and maximize customer satisfaction.
  • Main goal is to exceed our Shero's expectations.

Your Ideal Background

  • MBO diploma or related (sales experience is a plus).
  • Minimum 1-3 years sales and Customer Service experience in a call center, retail, or hospitality.
  • Fluency in English and Dutch is mandatory.
  • Interest in lifestyle and fashion, especially lingerie.
  • Positive, reliable, and resilient personality.
  • Problem-solving and solution-driven mentality.
  • Possess a proactive sales attitude and enjoy delivering high-level customer service.
