Job Title: Paid Search Marketing Manager

Join our dynamic team at citizenM hotels as a Paid Search Marketing Manager, where you will play a key role in driving our global search engine advertising strategy. As a seasoned professional in the field, you will be responsible for creating, optimizing, and controlling our International search roadmap, focusing primarily on Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Metasearch, and collaborating with Growth Marketing Managers to support campaigns across the marketing funnel.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive search engine advertising strategy to drive business growth and revenue.
  • Optimize global search campaigns with a yearly budget of over EUR 4M, ensuring maximum ROI and efficiency.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing, leveraging your expertise to improve campaign performance and drive business results.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including SEO, Social Media, and CRM, to ensure a cohesive and integrated search marketing approach.
  • Identify new growth opportunities and develop business cases to drive revenue and expansion.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in search engine advertising, with a strong understanding of Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and Metasearch.
  • Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and drive business decisions.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing.
  • Fluency in English, both verbal and written.
