Quality Assurance Manager

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Manager to join our team at Philips. As a Quality Assurance Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring product quality while maintaining full compliance and driving manufacturing excellence.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure product quality and compliance with regulatory requirements
- Drive manufacturing excellence through process improvements and efficiency gains
- Collaborate with a team of Quality Engineers and Reject Handlers to achieve timely releases of high-quality products
- Coordinate the Quality Engineering team to ensure seamless execution of quality-related tasks
- Serve as the single point of contact for customers, including legal manufacturers and operations managers
- Lead and enable strong cross-functional partnerships between stakeholders
Requirements:
- At least 5 years' experience in quality engineering within an operational environment, preferably in medical devices, pharma, automotive, or aerospace
- Bachelor's degree with a technical background
- Experience with Medical Device Regulations and standards (FDA CFR, ISO 13485:2016) is preferred
- Excellent communication and reporting skills in English (required) and Dutch (preferred)
- Some team management and coordinating experience is preferred
