About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Coupa Product Owner to join our Procurement & Vendor Management team. As a Coupa Product Owner, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining the COUPA user-experience (UX). You will oversee all aspects of system configuration, customization, version releases, punch out API's, Coupa Supplier Portal (CSP).
Key Responsibilities
- Administration of the Coupa S2P system, including user administration, release management, and system testing and troubleshooting
- Configuration with building and maintaining user roles, workflows, approval chains, process and SIM forms, and reports, maintaining master data, and other similar tasks
- Implement new features and updates to keep the Coupa platform up-to-date
- Training & Support: As our COUPA subject matter expert, you will own all aspects of employee training and vendor on-boarding. This will include creating, maintaining, and delivering training materials (Infographics, videos, newsletters, etc.) to both employees and suppliers
- Process Improvement & Service Standards: You will work with functional owners (Procurement, Vendor Management, Second Line teams) to identify opportunities for continuous improvement in the procurement-to-pay, Supplier Onboarding, Contract and Sourcing processes and seek to streamline business processes across the enterprise
- You will leverage existing dashboards as well as create new insights to monitor, report, and analyze efficiency and utilization data. This includes making recommendations on process improvement opportunities for service levels, user adoption, license utilization, spend efficiencies/opportunities, and internal controls effectiveness
- Collaboration: This is a high visibility position. You will work very closely with several key departments such as, Accounts Payable, Procurement, Vendor Management, and Regulatory teams
Requirements
- You're proficient in English; fluency in another language is an added advantage
- 5+ years experience as a systems engineer working with Enterprise business applications
- 3+ years administrative experience with Coupa
- Demonstrated understanding of best practices in procurement
- Understanding of system controls, appropriate levels of security
- Coupa administration certification
- Workday experience
