Senior Information Security Operations Team Lead

The ASML Security Technology team is responsible for supporting the company's 1st and 2nd line Security Risk Management with cutting-edge detection and protection tooling. As a Senior Information Security Operations Team Lead, you will be part of this team and focus on the operations, management, and maintenance of systems and applications to support the Security team.
As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for driving the team to deliver high-quality results, ensuring efficient structures and processes with business stakeholders, IT, and Service Providers to achieve operational excellence while assuring the availability, performance, and security of services, meeting SLAs and KPIs.
The team is focused on the operations and maintenance of Security services, including systems and applications to support the Security services of RBA (Risk and Business Assurance). You will also drive continuous improvement of the performance of the Security Technology Operations.
As a team lead, you will manage a team based in Veldhoven, including resources through an offshore partner abroad. Your responsibilities will include:
- Ensuring uninterrupted operations of all RBA Security services, including tools and applications delivered to stakeholders.
- Building strong relationships with stakeholders across Security and IT.
- Defining and managing service levels targets and ensuring services are delivered and improved in line with agreed targets and expectations.
- Providing an escalation and arbitration level for service issues and service integration issues for services in scope.
- Providing insight into the overall performance of services delivered.
- Ensuring E-2-E service management by Service Providers.
- Usage management for services delivered.
- Aligning and partnering with Agile Release Trains (ARTs).
We are looking for a strong team player with a collaboration mindset, excellent stakeholder management skills, and a natural networker. Ideally, you will bring the following competences and skills:
- Academic working and thinking level, a Master's degree in an engineering discipline is preferred.
- Strong stakeholder management and building solid relationships of trust at different levels.
- 5+ years of experience in leading and managing an Operations team preferably with offshore presence.
- Background in IT and engineering.
- Strong focus on team development and coaching.
- Decisive personality, taking responsibility.
