The RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Strategy Manager to join our team and drive our European ambitions. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for creating and aligning the marketing strategy to realize our vision of a cleaner, more sustainable energy system.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement market insights-driven marketing communications plans to effectively position our innovative product in the European market.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless product promotion across all relevant channels.
- Provide sales partners with the necessary tools, content, and training to effectively sell our product across Europe.
- Stay at the forefront of marketing tools and tactics, with a deep understanding of digital, social, online, trade shows, and events.
- Master's degree in a relevant field.
- 5+ years of experience in building and implementing B2B marketing strategies.
- Proven track record in a scale-up environment.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent command of the English language (fluency in Dutch a plus).
- 30 days yearly holiday to rest and recharge.
